" MY PACKAGE STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED... WHAT DO I DO?!"

Don't worry! This happens to some people every once in a while. Typically, this just means it was sorted wrong at the post office and it is still on it's way. Unfortunately, we cannot see anything else more on our end vs. what you can see, nor do we have a special number or contact for any of their offices. Once we hand your package over to The United States Post Office (USPS), it is their job to get it to you, and usually they do a pretty good job of that!

But sometimes things happen, that is why we always suggest adding our returns & shipping insurance with every order for as little as $2.98. This will insure that you will be fully refunded if you do not get your order delivered to you. If you do not purchase insurance, The Art of Soccer is in no was responsible for your missing package and cannot offer any refunds or store credit.
